Great place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. I'll never forget how the staff helped return my headphones. For a cozy stay, I highly recommend it! Coming back for a romantic escape.

We got a room with a bathtub. The staff were OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING and pleasant, gave us great tips.

Actually everything was awesome. Our room was excellent and clean and had 2 king-size beds. A bath in the particularly good bathroom was super awesome. The location was great and fab - just next door to restaurants and Joplin. Also, this hotel was a few steps away from such tourist places as Bull House.

I had a pretty nice stay! The location was super convenient, right off the interstate, which made it easy for my travels. The free breakfast was a great perk too-loved the waffles and biscuits & gravy! The room felt recently updated, and the bed was really comfy after a long day on the road. Plus, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, which always makes the experience better.

On the flip side, the place could use some TLC. The hallways had a musty smell, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which made it a bit humid after showering. I also had to reprogram my key card a couple of times and ran into some issues with the breakfast options, like the pancake machine being out of order. Still, overall, it was a decent stay!

Noisy climate

No complaints, I loved this place, would recommend. The best pet-friendly hotel I've stayed in before now. I booked an updated room complete with the big bathroom and 2 queen beds, for instance. A microwave, coffee/tea makers and a washing machine were a nice touch. The staff was affable, doing great job.

Tales from the unexpected

I had a quaint night here. The room was clean with everything in working order, and I could walk my dog right out the sliding glass door. I noticed some litter and dog waste around. Still, I felt safe and comfortable . It's a mixed bag of experiences!

Will be returning here soon, the hotel was fairly clean, and location close to the interstate was handy. The breakfast was savoury, the check in was early. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable.
